Job summary

IPOS International in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive/Manager to contribute to Singapore's IP registry services, supporting Plant Varieties Protection and Trade Marks Registry operations, and managing service partners with performance insights to strengthen delivery.

You will gain broad exposure to IP registry operations, operational management, performance analysis, and partner engagement, working with internal teams and external partners to monitor service delivery and resolve issues while

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple operational matters concurrently.
Good analytical skills and comfortable working with operational data, performance indicators and reports.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to monitor deliverables and follow up on outstanding matters.
Sound judgement and a systematic approach to handling operational issues.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

Registry Operations & Partner Management: Manage and support Plant Varieties Protection and Trade Marks Registry operations; Review IP applications for compliance; Coordinate and monitor service partners' performance; Work with internal teams and partners to resolve issues.
Performance Management & Operational Improvement: Track operational performance, workload and pendency; Analyse data to identify trends; Develop recommendations and coordinate follow-up actions to improve service delivery.
Cross-Functional Support: Work across Registry functions to support emerging operational priorities and departmental needs.
