Job summary

Retell AI, a fast-growing voice AI startup, seeks a Senior Strategic Deployment Manager to turn AI use cases into production-grade voice agents. You will lead deployments from discovery to launch, coordinating with customers and internal teams to deliver real value.

You are bilingual in Mandarin and English, comfortable with technical discussions, and able to translate complex requirements into practical AI workflows and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers in Mandarin and English.
• Experience in consulting, deployment, implementation, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Familiar with APIs, integrations, and enterprise software environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments from discovery through production launch.
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and business goals.
• Translate requirements into AI workflows and implementation plans.
• Build and configure voice AI agents, flows, and automations.
• Help customers integrate Retell with existing systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot integrations and production deployments.
• Run customer sessions, demos, and technical reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales during discovery and evaluations.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to resolve issues and gaps.
• Track progress, identify risks, and keep deployments moving to launch.
• Assist customers in testing and optimizing agents before/after production.
• Identify opportunities to expand use cases and teams.
• Capture learnings and create repeatable playbooks.
