Retell is hiring a Deployments Consultant in Singapore to drive customer deployments from discovery to production. You will work at the intersection of technology, consulting, and execution, turning AI use cases into production-ready voice agents.

Strong English and Mandarin skills, plus hands-on API integrations, are essential. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, handling multiple deployments and ensuring customers gain real value from Retell’s

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to communicate with global customers.
• Proven experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment, or customer success roles.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical AI workflows and integration plans.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments from discovery through production launch.
• Translate customer requirements into AI workflows and plans.
• Configure voice AI agents and integration workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, webhooks, and telephony.
• Run workshops and reviews; track progress and risks.
