Job summary

Retell is seeking a Senior Strategic Deployment Manager to work directly with customers to turn AI use cases into production-ready voice agents. You will sit at the intersection of technology, consulting, and execution, helping customers understand possibilities, define solutions, and get deployments running in the real world.

You will collaborate with customer operators and technical teams, as well as Retell’s Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with customers in bilingual environments.
Ability to translate customer needs into practical AI deployment plans.
Experience coordinating across sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

Lead customer deployments from discovery through production launch.
Understand customer workflows, pain points, and business goals.
Translate requirements into practical AI workflows and implementation plans.
Build and configure voice AI agents, conversation flows, and automation workflows.
Help customers integrate Retell with existing systems and APIs.
Troubleshoot technical issues across integrations, APIs, and production deployments.
Run customer workshops, demos, and technical discussions.
Collaborate with Sales during discovery and solution design.
Coordinate with Product/Engineering to resolve product gaps.
Track project progress and manage deployment timelines.
Assist customers in testing and optimizing agents pre- and post-launch.
Identify opportunities to expand use cases across teams.
