Job summary

Retell AI is hiring a Deployments Consultant to translate AI use cases into real, production-ready voice agents. You’ll lead customer engagements from discovery through launch, coordinating with operators and cross-functional teams, and ensuring measurable value for customers.

This role requires strong English and Mandarin communication, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to work across sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin for client and cross-team communication.
• Experience consulting, deployment, or customer-success facing roles.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI deployment plans.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and working across tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments from discovery to production launch.
• Work with customers to map workflows, pain points, and goals.
• Translate requirements into AI workflows and plans.
• Build voice AI agents, flows, and automation.
• Integrate Retell with existing systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot integrations, telephony, and deployments.
• Run working sessions, demos, and technical reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales during discovery and evaluation.
• Coordinate with Product/Engineering to close gaps.
• Track progress, identify risks, and drive to launch.
• Help customers test, iterate, and optimize agents.
• Identify opportunities to expand use cases.
