Job summary

Retell AI is building a modern CX platform powered by AI voice agents. As Senior Strategic Deployment Manager, you will lead deployments from discovery to production, coordinating with customer operators and Retell teams to deliver real solutions.

You will work hands-on to understand client needs, define workable AI workflows, and ensure deployments deliver real business value. Fluent Mandarin and English are essential, with willingness to travel for onsite launches.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment, implementation, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments from discovery through production launch.
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and business goals.
• Translate requirements into AI workflows and implementation plans.
• Build and configure voice AI agents and automation workflows.
• Integrate Retell with customers' systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, webhooks, telephony, and deployments.
• Run customer sessions, demos, and technical reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales during discovery and evaluations.
• Work with Product/Engineering to resolve issues and gaps.
• Track progress and manage deployment milestones.
• Help test, iterate, and optimize agents before/after launch.
• Identify opportunities to expand Retell use cases.
