Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) through the Industry Development Division 2 (IDD2) seeks a professional to lead industry development and partnership engagements as part of the NA IIP and SkillsFuture AI Subscription initiative. You will manage end-to-end AI course curation and signposting workstreams with CET providers, AI solution partners and ecosystem stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in industry development and workforce development.
• Experience engaging CET providers, enterprises and government agencies.
• Strong ability to translate policy intent into practical programmes.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder workstreams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate policy intent into viable programme designs.
• Develop and operationalise the AI course curations framework.
• Coordinate with CET providers, AI solution partners, learners and enterprises.
• Oversee onboarding, contracts and service requirements for AI workstreams.
• Monitor programme performance metrics and support refinement requirements.
• Ensure governance, financial controls and risk management are followed.
