Job summary

The Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) invites applications for a role in the Industry Development Division 2 (IDD2). Reporting to the Team Lead, you will perform industry development and partnership engagement work and contribute to workforce development initiatives under the SkillsFuture AI Subscription initiative, part of the National AI Impact Programme (NAIIP).

You will manage the end-to-end implementation and operations of the AI course curation and signposting workstreams,

Qualifications

• Experience in industry development and workforce development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership management skills.
• Ability to translate policy intent into workable programme designs.
• Knowledge of governance, financial controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in programme development and delivery across multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate policy intent into operational programme designs and implementation approaches.
• Develop and operationalise the AI course curation and signposting framework.
• Engage CET providers, AI solution providers, learners, enterprises and government agencies.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders to support workforce transformation.
• Manage end-to-end AI initiatives including signposting and subscription workstreams.
• Oversee onboarding, contracting, service requirements and payment controls with partners.
• Coordinate onboarding, maintenance and enhancement of AI learning opportunities.
• Handle feedback, appeals and case management per programme policies.
• Monitor performance metrics for management reporting and programme refinement.
