SSG SkillsFuture Singapore, through the Industry Development Division 2 (IDD2) of the Training Partners Group, seeks a professional to lead industry development and partnership engagement across AI and CET initiatives.
You will design and implement workforce development programmes, manage AI course curation and signposting, and coordinate with CET providers, AI solution providers and government agencies to ensure learners access high‑quality AI learning opportunities.
The Industry Development Division 2 (IDD2) is part of the Training Partners Group in Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA). The team supports a robust and high-quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem through strategic partnerships, management of CET providers, and engagement of enterprises in skills development. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will perform industry development and partnership engagement work and contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of workforce development initiatives under the SkillsFuture AI Subscription initiative, which forms part of the broader National AI Impact Programme (NAIIP). You will manage the end-to-end implementation and operations of the AI course curation and signposting workstream, working closely with CET providers, AI solution providers and ecosystem partners and other stakeholders to ensure learners have access to relevant, high-quality and up-to-date AI learning opportunities and tools.
