Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is seeking an experienced professional to support the Industry Development Division 2 in implementing the SkillsFuture AI Subscription initiative, part of the National AI Impact Programme. The role focuses on governance, stakeholder management and operations across CET providers and enterprises.

You will oversee onboarding of AI providers, verify compliance, manage claims processes and drive improvements to safeguard public funds and programme

Qualifications

• Experience in programme operations and governance within government or accredited organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills across diverse groups.
• Attention to compliance, reporting, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and operational integration of AI solution providers.
• Assess provider readiness against operational, reporting, compliance and service requirements.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, controls and implementation guidelines.
• Coordinate across policy, finance, procurement, technology and service delivery stakeholders.
• Manage claims verification processes and validate claims, invoices and utilisation records.
• Ensure claims are processed accurately within established service standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and irregularities with AI providers and stakeholders.
• Oversee payment verification and reconciliation to safeguard public funds.
• Strengthen governance and financial stewardship.
• Apply governance, audit and financial control requirements.
• Review claims and payment processes for compliance with rules.
• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Support audit reviews, management reporting and assurance exercises.
• Detect risks and safeguard programme integrity.
• Analyse claims and performance data to identify anomalies and risks.
• Develop risk indicators to detect abuse or fraud.
• Conduct investigations and evidence-based reviews of suspicious transactions.
• Escalate material risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Drive operational insights and continuous improvement.
• Monitor programme performance and trends; produce dashboards for decision making.
