The Industry Development Division 2 (IDD2) is part of the Training Partners Group in Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA). The team supports a robust and high-quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem through strategic partnerships, management of CET providers, and engagement of enterprises in skills development.
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will perform industry development and partnership engagement work and contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of workforce development initiatives under the SkillsFuture AI Subscription initiative, which forms part of the broader National AI Impact Programme (NAIIP).
You will manage the end-to-end implementation and operations of the AI course curation and signposting workstream, working closely with CET providers, AI solution providers and ecosystem partners and other stakeholders to ensure learners have access to relevant, high-quality and up-to-date AI learning opportunities and tools. The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of workforce transformation, AI adoption, skills development and programme delivery
Work with partners to curate, design and implement training programmes Plan, coordinate and deliver work across multiple stakeholders Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical, evidence-based process improvements Identify opportunities and recommend enhancements to improve quality, relevance and accessibility of curated AI learning opportunities
Apply governance, financial control and compliance requirements consistently Exercise sound judgement when reviewing complex cases and operational exceptions Identify risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies
Interpret programme data and performance indicators to derive insights Develop concise and actionable management reports Use evidence and analytics to support continuous improvement and decision-making
Communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Prepare clear written submissions, reports and briefing materials Facilitate discussions and present recommendations confidently to stakeholders and management
