Job summary

Singapore Public Service is seeking a capable professional to lead industry development and partnership engagement within the SkillsFuture AI Subscription programme. You will manage AI course curation and signposting workstreams and coordinate with CET providers, AI partners and government agencies to drive workforce development initiatives for national programmes.

Successful candidates will join a two-year contract and work at the intersection of AI adoption, policy intent and programme

Qualifications

• Experience in industry development, partnership management or workforce development.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and organisations.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate policy intent into workable programme designs and implementation approaches.
• Develop and operate the AI course curation and signposting framework.
• Engage CET providers, AI solvers and government partners to support workforce development initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end AI initiatives, including onboarding, contracting, invoicing and issue resolution.
• Monitor programme performance and report metrics for refinement.
