Job summary

Nebius in Singapore is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to resolve complex issues escalated by clients and Technical Account Managers. You will work with autonomy, mentor juniors, and help develop scalable support practices.

Responsibilities include diagnosing advanced Kubernetes and Linux problems, guiding cross-functional teams, optimizing storage and networks, applying AI/ML knowledge to model deployment, and writing Python and Bash automation scripts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 7+ years in technical support, 5+ years hands-on in cloud environments.
• Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure or GCP are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the diagnosis and resolution of advanced technical issues across Kubernetes, Linux, networking, security and cloud environments.
• Serve as a technical escalation point, providing guidance for complex troubleshooting.
• Investigate and resolve storage-related issues with data storage architectures and performance optimization.
• Apply AI/ML knowledge to support and optimize model deployment, performance tuning and integration challenges in ML pipelines.
• Design and develop Python and Bash automation scripts to streamline workflows.
• Deliver timely updates and clear explanations to customers with root-cause analyses and resolutions.
• Elevate unresolved problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize service disruptions.
• Maintain and enhance technical documentation reflecting best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mid-level colleagues.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify patterns and propose improvements.
