Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer (L2/3) to manage regional cloud support cases and assist customers with complex issues in Kubernetes environments.

You will troubleshoot backup, restore, migration, and disaster recovery, review logs, and support data protection initiatives across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines, with remote work options and regional exposure.

Qualifications

• Experienced L2/L3 support experience
• Kubernetes experience essential
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
• Linux environment experience
• CI/CD experience
• Familiar with backup, restore, disaster recovery or data protection products
• MongoDB experience beneficial

Responsibilities

• Managing L2 and L3 cloud support cases.
• Troubleshoot backup, restore, migration, and disaster recovery in Kubernetes environments.
• Identify failures related to storage targets, cloud integrations, and Kubernetes resources.
• Review logs components and Kubernetes clusters.
• Prepare regional backup and migration plans.
• Assist customers with backup and recovery.
