Job summary

BYD (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Aftersales Planning professional to drive service capacity, demand forecasting, and network coordination.

The role focuses on optimizing workshop utilization and technician scheduling while aligning with HQ directives and regional dealers. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in aftersales or service planning, strong analytics, and experience with DMS or similar planning systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in aftersales, service operations, or service planning role.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills; proficient in Excel/data analysis tools.
• Experience with DMS or aftersales planning systems preferred.
• Good stakeholder coordination skills across departments and/or dealer network.

Responsibilities

• Forecast service demand based on vehicle population, warranty expiry, and seasonality.
• Develop workshop capacity plans covering bay utilization, technician hours, and manpower.
• Plan and coordinate scheduling for routine services, campaigns, and recalls.
• Track service KPIs — revenue, labor efficiency, absorption rate, retention rate, CSI — and report against targets.
• Analyze service trends and warranty data to identify planning gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with distributors/dealers to align service capacity planning with network-wide standards and demand.
• Support rollout of service campaigns and promotional maintenance packages, ensuring scheduling readiness.
• Prepare periodic reports on service throughput, technician utilization, and appointment fill rates.
