Job summary

Aspire in Singapore is hiring for end-to-end sales ownership of Aspire's Employer of Record product. This hunter role requires a proven closer who builds pipeline and drives multi-stakeholder deals across HR, Finance, and founders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS or HRTech/EOR/payroll sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and own outbound pipeline across channels.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Deliver tailored demos to CFOs/CEOs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to sharpen ICP.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.
