Job summary

Aspire Group Services PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead end-to-end sales for its EOR product.

This hunter role requires building a robust outbound pipeline, closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and guiding startups through cross-border hiring and compliance in the APAC region. You'll engage founders, CFOs, and HR leaders, delivering compelling demos and negotiating contracts to drive adoption of Aspire's payroll and cross-border solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS or HRTech/EOR/Payroll sales experience, with at least 2 years in a full-cycle AE role.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota with concrete deals.
• Strong outbound pipeline development from scratch and closing multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Run structured discovery to diagnose hiring, compliance, and growth needs.
• Deliver tailored demos and negotiate terms with executives (CFO/CEO).
• Coordinate with Marketing and Product to sharpen ICP and improve messaging.
