Job summary

• Experience with Visual Basic for automation and tool integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize packaging equipment for wafer-level packaging and stacking.
• Evaluate and promote new equipment/materials; establish 5+ year hardware roadmaps.
• Ensure process capability improvement via data analysis and controls.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to align technology development with business goals.
