Job summary

Deluge E&C Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Cost Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to prepare and manage cost estimates, tender submissions, and contract administration for ACMV projects in Singapore.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to control budgets, review documents, and ensure accurate costing. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of ACMV or M&E experience, familiarity with ACMV systems, and strong Excel/QS software skills, with the ability to negotiate, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ ACMV/M&E project experience.
• Experience in cost estimation and tender preparation.
• Familiarity with ACMV systems, materials and construction.
• Proficient in Excel and QS software; contract administration.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for ACMV projects.
• Review tender docs and drawings to determine costs.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Evaluate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor costs, budgets and expenditures.
• Prepare progress claims and payment certifications.
• Manage variation orders and final settlements.
• Liaise with clients and project teams on contracts.
• Attend site visits to verify quantities.
• Handle ad hoc duties as required.
