Job summary

KILOWATTS ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a candidate to manage ACMV tendering and costing activities. The role involves taking off quantities from ACMV drawings and preparing comprehensive tender submissions with accurate costing data.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors, review tender documentation, and ensure on-time submission while maintaining meticulous records and timely follow-up actions.

Qualifications

• Experience with ACMV tendering and costing.
• Ability to prepare quotations to suppliers/sub-cons.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Review up-to-date market price trends for tendering.
• Administer ACMV tendering procedures and processes.
• Plan and control all tender activities with strategic oversight.
• Define scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks.
• Prepare and follow up on RFQs to suppliers/sub-contractors for timely tender costing.
• Take off Bill of Quantities from ACMV drawings and schedules.
• Compile price comparisons and costing summaries with technical proposals.
• Review addenda/corrigendum documents and update costing summaries accordingly.
• Maintain orderly documentation and records.
• Attend site briefings/meetings and post-tender interviews when needed.
