Job summary

M-TECH AIR-CON & SECURITY ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (ACMV) to prepare accurate cost estimates, perform quantity take-offs, and develop BOQ and schedules of rates for tender works.

You will support tender preparation, evaluate costs, and liaise with main contractors and suppliers to source competitive quotations; strong knowledge of tendering procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more of experience as Quantity Surveyor (ACMV).
• Strong understanding of tendering procedures, pricing formats, and schedules of rates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates considering materials, labour, and equipment.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for tender works.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and schedules of rates.
• Develop tender cost plans and budgets based on drawings and specifications.
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and cost comparison.
• Liaise and build strong working relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Source and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Any other ad hoc task as assigned by Manager or Management
