Well-established Singapore ACMV Engineering SME is hiring a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to manage tender submissions, cost estimates, and contract documentation across project lifecycles. You will prepare Bills of Quantities, review drawings, and monitor costs to ensure budgets are met.

The role requires a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in construction, M&E or ACMV.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in quantity surveying, tendering or contract administration within the construction, M&E or ACMV industry.
• Familiarity with tender submissions, Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, progress claims and contract documentation.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, technical specifications and tender documents.
• Good negotiation, analytical and cost management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Prepare tender submissions, cost estimates, cost plans and reports, and manage contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) based on project specifications and requirements.
• Review tender drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and clarify requirements.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures against approved budgets.
• Source, evaluate and liaise with subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and assist with variation orders and other contractual documentation.
• Ensure cost, quality and contractual requirements are met in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
