Job summary

M-TECH AIR-CON & SECURITY ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (ACMV) to join our tender team in Singapore. You will prepare cost plans, quantities, BOQs, and cost budgets based on drawings and specs, and perform cost comparisons for tenders.

Responsibilities include liaising with main contractors and suppliers, obtaining quotations, and supporting tender evaluation. A minimum of 5 years in ACMV quantity surveying is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveyor (ACMV).
• Strong understanding of tendering procedures, pricing formats, and schedules of rates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates considering materials, labour, and equipment.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for tender works.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and schedules of rates.
• Develop tender cost plans and budgets based on drawings and specifications.
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and cost comparison.
• Liaise and build strong working relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Source and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Any other ad hoc task as assigned by Manager or Management.
