Job summary

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of related working experience.
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in cost estimating and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and suppliers.
• Understanding of risk management and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for ACMV and A&A projects.
• Review construction plans, specifications, and drawings to determine project costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering.
• Prepare and submit tender documents and bid proposals.
• Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee project financial performance and cost control.
• Prepare progress reports and financial statements for clients.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
• Assist in dispute resolution related to costs.
• Provide cost-related advisory to clients.
