Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in M&E or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in pre & post contracts.
• Knowledge of tendering processes in local construction/ ACMV.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal communication across levels.
• Meticulous, analytical, proactive and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions, cost plans and cost reports, and manage contract docs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) based on project specs.
• Monitor and control project expenditures to match approved budgets.
• Review tender drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Source and evaluate suitable subcontractors to meet project needs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, quality standards and timelines.
• Prepare monthly progress claims.
