Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years of accounts payable experience in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all invoices and claims have appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Ensure all invoices and claims are made timely and accurately.
• Process and/or verify expenses transactions and claims according to the payment rules and procedures.
• Maintain accurate financial records and control reports.
• Assist with monthly closing process and communication with the accounting department.
• Prepare monthly reports (budget-related reports, monthly expenses report, entertainment expenses report) to Management.
• Oversee Fixed Assets Management.
• Provide support to VP and ensure smooth running of all other services, including general administrative functions.
• Provide accounting guidance to junior staff.
