The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function, fixed assets accounting, and timely payment of invoices.

You will supervise the AP team and collaborate with the GL and operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include cash flow projections, monthly/year-end closing, management reporting, budgeting support, and oversight of outsource vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounts payable function and ensure timely payments.
• Supervise AP team and ensure compliance with policies.
• Prepare cash flow projections and monitor liquidity.
• Ensure month-end and year-end closes of AP subledger.
• Prepare management reports and variance analyses.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting of direct costs.
• Manage outsource vendors and ensure deliverables.
• Handle fixed assets accounting and tagging as required.
• Liaise with auditors and support audit requests.
