Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Manager (AP) to lead the accounts payable function, oversee fixed assets, and ensure timely payment of all vendor invoices from a centralized Singapore office.

You will prepare monthly cash flow projections, support month- and year-end closings, collaborate with the GL team and auditors for Edutrust/compliance, and drive improvements in process accuracy and efficiency across the AP cycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5–7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead full spectrum of accounts payable and supervise AP team.
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections and assist cash management.
• Ensure month-end and year-end closes for AP subledger.
• Prepare AP reports for management and board decks.
• Assist in forecasting/budgeting of direct costs and expenses.
• Oversee outsource vendor performance and liaise with external auditors for Edutrust compliance.
• Manage fixed assets accounting and asset tagging as required.
