The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Manager (AP) to lead the accounts payable function in Singapore.

You will manage vendor invoices, ensure timely approvals, and coordinate with the GL team and auditors. The role also covers cash flow monitoring, fixed assets accounting, and timely month-end and year-end closings, emphasizing accuracy, compliance, and process improvements. Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable.
• Supervise AP team to ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure vendor invoices are approved and recorded timely.
• Ensure timely submission of WHT.
• Compile agent commissions and royalties records.
• Ensure month-end and year-end AP close.
• Coordinate with GL and bank reconciliations.
• Approve creation of new vendors in Navision.
• Guide PO users and approvers on Navision.
• Maintain fixed assets accounting.
