Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks an Accounts Payable Lead to manage the full AP cycle, fixed assets, and ensure timely payment of invoices.

You will supervise the AP team, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate month-end activities. Based in Central Singapore (relocating to Paya Lebar/Tai Seng area around Q2 2027), you will forecast cash flow, prepare AP reports for closing, support audits, and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting
• 5–7 years of accounting experience
• Familiar with Navision or similar ERP
• Strong Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable.
• Supervise and guide the accounts payable team to ensure compliance to accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure purchases documents received are completed, properly approved and recorded in the system.
• Ensure timely submission of withholding tax (WHT).
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing Activities for AP sub-ledger.
