Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable lead to manage full AP responsibilities, including fixed assets and timely vendor payments.

You will supervise the AP team, ensure adherence to procedures, and support cash flow forecasting for smooth operations. Responsibilities include month-end close, WHT submissions, vendor setup in Navision, and collaboration with GL. Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable.
• Supervise and guide the accounts payable team to ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure timely submission of WHT and accurate month-end closings.
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections and manage funds.
• Close liaison with GL team and assist in bank reconciliations.
• Ensure fixed assets are accurately accounted and tagged when required.
• Assist in audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
