• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Excel and Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable.
• Supervise AP team to ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure invoices are approved and entered timely.
• Submit WHT in a timely manner.
• Close month and year end for AP subledger.
• Coordinate with GL and bank reconciliations.
• Approve new vendor creation in Navision.
• Guide PO users on Navision usage.
