Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage the AP function, oversee fixed assets accounting, and ensure timely payment of all invoices in Singapore.

You will supervise the AP team, ensure adherence to accounting policies, coordinate month-end and year-end close, monitor cash flow, prepare AP reports, and liaise with vendors and auditors as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable.
• Supervise AP team and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure purchases documents received are completed, properly approved and accounted in the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of WHT.
• Prepare and review AP reports for month-end closure.
