Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Manager (AP) to lead the accounts payable function in Singapore. You will ensure timely processing of invoices, manage fixed assets accounting, and help maintain healthy cash flow with cross-functional collaboration.

You should have 5-7 years in accounting, be familiar with Navision, and supervise the AP team while supporting month-end close and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Office particularly in Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable and oversee AP processes.
• Supervise AP team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices, WHT, and vendor records.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing for AP subledger.
• Assist in cash flow projections and manage funds for payments.
• Oversee vendor onboarding in Navision and manage PO approvals.
