THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Manager (AP) in Singapore to oversee the accounts payable function, fixed assets accounting, and timely invoice payments. You will lead the AP team, ensure policy compliance, and deliver accurate month-end close.

The role requires a degree in accounting with 5–7 years of experience and proficiency in Navision and Excel. The position is based in Central Singapore with a relocation consideration to the Paya Lebar/Tai Seng area by 2027.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting and 5-7 years experience required.
• Proficient with Navision or similar accounting systems.
• Strong MS Excel skills and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of accounts payable and ensure timely payments.
• Supervise AP team and ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate month-end/year-end closing for AP sub-ledger and related reporting.
• Prepare cash flow projections and monitor funds for timely payments.
• Support budgeting/forecasting for direct costs and expenses.
• Liaise with internal teams and external auditors for Edutrust/audit requirements.
• Oversee fixed assets accounting and asset tagging where needed.
• Assist in vendor management and process improvements.
