THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to oversee full AP function, fixed assets, and timely vendor payments in Singapore.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge and leadership to guide the AP team. Key duties include maintaining AP records in Navision, preparing monthly cash flow projections, and delivering timely month-end and year-end closing. You will collaborate with the GL team, support Edutrust documentation, and assist audit processes while

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Office particularly in Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and supervise the AP team to ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure purchases documents received are completed, properly approved and accounted in the Navision system.
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections and manage payments to vendors.
• Ensure month-end and year-end closing activities are completed within deadlines.
• Prepare and review AP reports for month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist Edutrust compliance and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with GL team and assist in bank reconciliations.
• Oversee fixed assets accounting and tagging as required.
