Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the end-to-end AP function, fixed assets accounting, and timely vendor payments at our Singapore office. Location is Central with relocation planned to Paya Lebar / Tai Seng area around Q2 2027.

You will supervise the AP team, manage cash-flow projections, prepare management reports, assist in forecasting and budgeting, and liaise with auditors to ensure Edutrust compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting required.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Strong MS Excel and Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of accounts payable and fixed assets accounting.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and WHT submissions.
• Supervise AP team ensuring policy compliance and SOP adherence.
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections and manage liquidity.
• Generate management reports and assist budgeting/forecasting.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure Edutrust/Audit readiness.
• Collaborate with GL, vendors, and business units as a partner.
