• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
• Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions and supporting documents.
• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor customer receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile accounts with suppliers, subcontractors, and banks.
• Handle inter-company transactions
• Perform daily accounting operations using Psoft accounting software.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support monthly and year-end closing.
• Handle quarterly GST submissions.
• Monitor project expenses and maintain accurate cost records.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and payment planning.
• Liaise with clients, company secretaries, and tax agents as required.
