Job summary

SIN HENG CHAN PTE LTD is seeking an experienced accountant in Singapore to manage full sets of accounts and support monthly reporting. You will handle AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations, with emphasis on accuracy and timely submissions.

The role requires at least 5 years of accounting experience, strong Excel/MS Office proficiency, and hands-on use of accounting software. You will collaborate with auditors and tax agents, contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring and basic forecasting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents for year-end audit and tax matters.
• Prepare Annual Returns / GST / tax submissions where required.
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software.
