Job summary

Infosys in Singapore is seeking a result-oriented Account Manager to grow strategic Banking and Insurance relationships. You will lead multi-geography opportunities, navigate GCC/global delivery models, and translate AI-led propositions into client value across Applications, Data, Cloud, and Digital platforms.

You will build account maps, manage senior stakeholders, drive new business development, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure measurable outcomes and a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling IT services and transformation solutions to large Banking and Insurance clients.
• Relevant client-facing experience across Banking and Insurance, with an understanding of FS priorities.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore Financial Services market and ASEAN client experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in new business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed account maps, account plans and growth strategies for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business, technology and transformation stakeholders.
• Understand clients' strategic priorities, transformation roadmaps, technology landscapes and investment areas.
• Develop opportunities across AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Data, Cloud, Digital, Applications, Infrastructure and enterprise transformation.
• Lead and/or support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, client presentations and commercial submissions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process including qualification, solution development, proposals, commercials, negotiations and closure.
