Job summary

Infosys Limited in Singapore seeks a result-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow strategic Banking and Insurance relationships. You will lead new business development, executive stakeholder engagement, and AI-led IT services selling across multi-geography GCCs and global delivery models.

You will navigate complex client organizations, translate AI capabilities into business value and partner with internal teams to deliver impactful transformations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client services, account management or technology services sales.
• Proven track record selling IT services and transformation solutions to large Banking and Insurance clients.
• Experience with Banking and Insurance clients and Singapore Financial Services market.
• Experience in new business development and growing existing accounts, including CXO relations.
• AI-led IT services selling experience is mandatory, including AI, GenAI opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop account maps, plans and growth strategies for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior business, technology and transformation stakeholders.
• Understand clients’ priorities, roadmaps, and technology landscapes across geographies.
• Identify opportunities across AI, GenAI, Data, Cloud, Digital and enterprise transformation.
• Lead AI-first propositions with broader IT services offerings.
• Manage end-to-end sales process including qualification, proposals, negotiations and closure.
