Infosys Limited in Singapore seeks an account-focused leader to manage and grow strategic Banking and Insurance relationships. You will drive AI-led IT services opportunities, engage CXO-level stakeholders, and shape multi-geography expansions across AI, Data, Cloud, and Transformation offerings.

The role requires a strong track record in enterprise sales, end-to-end deal cycles, and cross-functional collaboration with delivery, product and ecosystem partners to ensure measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise IT services sales, client services, account management or business development.
• Strong experience managing and growing large Banking and/or Insurance accounts.
• Proven AI-led IT services selling experience, including AI/GenAI/Agentic AI opportunities.
• Experience integrating AI-first propositions with broader IT services and transformation offerings.
• Strong experience in new business development, CXO engagement, opportunity creation and deal closure.
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, including solutioning and contracting.
• Experience with multinational clients across global, regional and offshore delivery models.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore Financial Services market.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute account plans and growth strategies for assigned Banking and Insurance clients.
• Own account growth, pipeline development and business performance with disciplined forecasting.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO and senior business, technology and transformation stakeholders.
• Identify and develop opportunities across AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Data, Cloud, Digital and Transformation.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, proposals and commercial submissions.
• Work with delivery, product and ecosystem partners to build differentiated propositions.
• Maintain visibility of ongoing engagements, client satisfaction, risks and growth opportunities.
