Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle full Accounts Payable: invoice processing, staff claims, and reimbursements.
• Maintain accounting schedules including CIP, PAR, depreciation.
• Maintain fixed asset register and conduct physical asset sighting.
• Prepare journal vouchers and support month-end closing.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly reports and supporting documents for audit.
• Assist in ad hoc finance duties as assigned.

• Maintain and update accounting schedules, including CIP, PAR, depreciation and other supporting schedules.
• Maintain fixed asset register and conduct physical sighting of fixed assets.
• Prepare journal voucher entries and support month-end closing activities.
• Prepare and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reports and supporting documents for audit purposes.
• Assist in ad hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with AP and month-end closing exposure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
