YOUR MISSION

Drive digital marketing and brand-building initiatives. As our Account Executive, you’re not just managing accounts; you’re curating relationships. With clients, you’ll dive deep to comprehend their aspirations and craft campaigns to realize them. Within Hashtag Interactive, you’re the linchpin, ensuring a harmonious collaboration between clients and our in-house talents.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
  • Immerse yourself in our workflow and processes, paving the way to independently steer at least one account.
  • Manage at least one account autonomously, ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Become the go-to Point of Contact for at least one account.
  • Orchestrate internal projects for your account, liaising seamlessly with our production team for timely, top-tier deliverables.
  • Attend internal huddles to stay updated and share insights.
  • Set goals with your team and manager and work towards achieving them.
TYPICAL EXPECTATIONS
  • Be the captain of at least two accounts (depending on size and scope), directing its course with minimal oversight.
  • Consistently hit client deliverable deadlines.
  • Draft insightful monthly reports, spotlighting recommendations for future strategies.
  • Address challenges head-on; if not solving them, then charting a course toward a solution.
  • Cultivate and cherish client relationships, underpinned by excellent communication.
  • Engage in pitches, from the birth of an idea to its translation into a compelling proposal.
  • Nurture new client relationships, from the first touchpoint to onboarding.
