Job summary

Capital One in Singapore seeks a Senior Account Executive to onboard participants and provide operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network partners.

You will manage risk and customer‑impacting issues, support network‑to‑network partners, issuers, and processors, and help coordinate the semi‑annual release process. Travel up to 10% of the time may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of payments or financial services experience.
• Preferred: experience supporting business development and onboarding franchises.
