Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a field sales/account management professional to cover Singapore and Malaysia. You will drive new business, manage customer accounts, and lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales follow-up.

Role requires a diploma in engineering or business, with at least 2 years in field sales or industrial B2B, preferably with semiconductor exposure. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of field sales, account management, distribution, contractor, or industrial B2B sales experience; semiconductor exposure is preferred.
• Familiarity with semiconductor front-end manufacturing, customer applications, or industrial supply chains in Singapore and Malaysia is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, territory planning, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territories and customer accounts through regular site visits to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities in semiconductor and industrial markets across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Build relationships with engineers, procurement teams, distributors, contractors, and key decision-makers; conduct site surveys, product presentations, and demonstrations to recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and technical clarification to quotations, negotiations, order handover, and post-sales follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, opportunity, order, and forecast records in SAP and CRM systems, while preparing regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, distributors, logistics, finance, technical teams, and HQ to support order fulfilment, resolve customer issues, and identify market growth opportunities.
