Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in project engineering, management, application engineering or technical customer support preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, automation, machine vision, robotics or industrial equipment advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements, applications and project needs.
• Lead pre-sales technical discussions, product presentations and technical exchanges with customers.
• Coordinate with Vision, Software and Manufacturing teams to ensure project execution.
• Serve as coordination point between internal departments and customers for alignment.
• Conduct project meetings to track milestones and resolve issues.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports and status updates.
