Based in Ubi, you will maintain key customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and lead technical discussions to align product definitions with customer needs. You will coordinate with customers, internal teams, and factories to ensure quality, on-time delivery and after-sales support, while analysing market opportunities to guide product development

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen commercial relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing potential customers within assigned territories.
• Proactively engage prospective customers to establish relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
• Lead technical discussions, support product definition activities, and monitor project tenders within the market.
• Coordinate with customers, internal administration teams, and factories to ensure customer satisfaction in product quality, timely delivery, and after-sales support.
• Analyse market opportunities and competitive threats and provide feedback to regional and HQ teams to support product development and business growth strategies.
