Job summary

Sin Chew Woodpaq Pte Ltd, a specialist in precision equipment rigging and related services for semiconductor OEMs and fabs in Singapore, seeks a driven Sales Project Executive/Manager. You will own the full sales cycle, win new business, coordinate with Operations, and ensure successful project delivery across Singapore’s semiconductor sector.

Key duties include preparing quotations, conducting site surveys, managing timelines and budgets, and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

3–5 years' sales or project experience in logistics, rigging, heavy lift or semiconductor equipment industry.
Strong costing, negotiation and project coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office/Excel; good written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle for precision equipment rigging, heavy lift, engineered crating and cleanroom equipment relocation projects.
Identify and develop new business opportunities among semiconductor OEMs, fabs and main contractors.
Prepare costing, quotations and tender/RFQ submissions.
Conduct site surveys and liaise with clients, subcontractors and the internal Operations team on project execution.
Manage project timelines, budgets and manpower planning together with Operations.
Build and maintain client relationships, and represent the company at client meetings.
Track and report on the sales pipeline and project status to management.
