Job summary

TECHLEAD TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales activities in Singapore and drive regional expansion in the semiconductor sector. You will develop strategies, manage key accounts, and lead a sales team to achieve revenue growth.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in sales, and a willingness to travel locally and abroad for customer engagements and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor or industrial equipment industries.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing key accounts and leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet objectives.
• Promote semiconductor equipment, spare parts, specialty gas systems, and engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and manage contract discussions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, principals, and internal teams for project execution.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and management updates.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
• Travel locally and overseas as required.
